Wir vermieten 1-6 Tische in unserem großzügigen Büro in der Charlottenstraße 2, located im Graphischen Zentrum nahe dem Checkpoint Charlie. Die Idee ist, ein kreatives Cluster der besten Kreativen, Planer, Denker und Designer zu gründen – im Bereich Urbanismus und Nachhaltigkeit, aber auch ganz allgemein!

Die Tische sind ab sofort verfügbar, aber auch die Anmietung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ist möglich. Wir bieten große Tische, genügend Platz, um soziale Distanz zu wahren, und eine freundliche Umgebung mit engagierten und netten Menschen.

Community needs oriented, solar energy powered hubs in rural Rwanda

Earlier this year TSPA started an exciting partnership with The Pulse and Solarkiosks Solutions.

These two Berlin Based companies, together with many other experts, are working towards an inspiring goal to to implement and operate a network of solar-powered rural centers in Rwanda. Each of the E-HUBB will combine fully integrated solar energy systems, retail and whole shops, stores and offices, tailored to the specific needs of local entrepreneurs or NGOs and many more. TSPA joined this network of experts as a technical advisor for the spatial and architectural concept development as well as integration with the surrounding urban settlements.

Managing a planning firm as a Teal Organisation. This is what we learned

1. The Company is growing, great! Right. Right? Right??

Thomas Stellmach, urbanist and founder of TSPA, realised two years ago that his firm, and life, had to change. The situation didn’t look bad: International city planning projects were underway, academia and international organisations invited TSPA for conferences and lectures. Yet tension was high and constant, mistakes happened, plus the permanent anxiety that there is always more to be done.

Organisational aspects

Why was that? Too much was dependent on Thomas himself. Clients wanted to talk to him directly, decisions had to be taken. Various attempts to outsource or delegate had failed due to decreased quality in results. It was time to transition from an assisted one-person show to a larger structure. Was it time to build a pyramid-shaped org chart?

City Scan powered by TSPA participated at the Greentech Festival

Earlier this year, TSPA team started a new project – CityScan. An initiative for data-driven urbanism. We presented its first analysis at the Greentech Festival where we shared how the principles of sustainable urban planning combined with data can support the future of mobility planning.

TSPA öffnet seine Tür für den Tag der Architektur

Am vergangenen Samstag, den 27. Juni, öffnete TSPA seine Türen für den Tag der Architektur, der von der Architekturkammer organisiert wurde.
Bei einem geselligen Zusammenkommen mit Getränken präsentierte unser Team einige unserer Arbeiten und erzählte Geschichten aus dem Arbeitsalltag.

What we needed

As opposed to the previous chapter, that dealt with internal presentation, here we talk about external presentations — be it to a client or a lecture at a conference. We searched for a tool that lets develop presentations quickly, intuitively and work simultaneously with external collaborators. Another essential demands are easily grant access editing rights and offline working mode.
