At TSPA, she spearheads key projects, including land management planning in Mozambique, and research on integrated urban development and affordable housing, as part of a transatlantic knowledge exchange network connecting cities in the U.S. and Germany and their respective federal governments.
Her leadership in city-wide visioning and urban dialogue processes in Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, and Berlin, highlights her dynamic ability to drive transformative change across diverse urban topics. Bella is dedicated to enhancing communities through thoughtful urban design and stakeholder engagement.
Her strong interest in the relationship between the built environment and people is shaped by her previous experiences in South Africa, Egypt, Mexico, and Germany. As a firm believer in the critical role of architecture and urban planning in upholding human rights, Bella is actively involved in NGOs and initiatives advocating for the right to the city for all.
