With an aim to discuss the core composition of TSPA, our team went on a small trip to Coconat space a "workation retreat". In this co-working space we got to workshop our ideas on values, goals, vision, structure and organisation for the future of our company.
This was a very valuable opportunity for us to get to know each other as a team and decide where to direct our energies in the future. With many recent additions we feel optimistic and happy to be part of a group filled with talented, smart and friendly people.

We chose a location in the countryside close to Berlin.
All the team members contributed to the realisation.
Our former mascot joined us and kept up the spirit. Sheepcat then decided to join Sophie in her PhD plans.
Coconat provided us with a very appropriate setting for relaxation and reflection.
We listened carefully to everyone's ideas.
We shared meals.
We climbed the highest hill in Brandenburg...
We had serious discussions.
And we laughed a lot.
Now we keep walking.
