Office Culture

Our office is structured according to holocratic organisation principles. Responsibilities and decision-making over both projects and day-to-day office life happens directly in the design teams.

Instead of traditional dedicated HR, IT, and Business Development departments, and management overseeing everything, all TSPA team members dedicate part of their time to the chosen circles.

The result is an informed, dedicated, and responsible team that can produce excellent designs, but also understands the business side.

This duality allows us to achieve more transparent, accountable, and innovative processes. Decisions we make are fast and feasible, bottlenecks are reduced. Plus, we greatly enjoy working together.
