About
Cole is an expert in urban development processes with extensive experience in geospatial analysis and in the application of parametric modelling. At TSPA, he has helped to build a toolbox for co-visioning the future of carbon-neutral cities in Europe and is co-developing a parametric urban design tool to support partners in effectively managing the intricate relationship between design decisions and carbon-neutral urban planning. Cole believes in resilient and socially just urban planning. He aims to leverage his experience in Canada and the Netherlands with urban planning, design, and geospatial analysis to help develop beautiful, liveable, and equitable neighborhoods.
