At TSPA, he has helped to build a toolbox for co-visioning the future of carbon-neutral cities in Europe and is co-developing a parametric modeling tool to support partners in effectively managing the intricate relationship between design decisions and carbon-neutral urban planning.
Having studied his bachelor's degree in in Architectural Studies: Urbanism in Ottawa, Cole went on to study Metropolitan Analysis, Design & Engineering in Amsterdam.
He believes in resilient and socially just urban planning. He aims to leverage his experience in Canada and the Netherlands with urban planning, design, and geospatial analysis to help develop beautiful, liveable, and equitable neighbourhoods.
