At TSPA, Frankie is leading the collaboration on a regional spatial development plan in Georgia. She also contributes to a project building an urban development vision in Berlin-Brandenburg.
Frankie received her bachelor's degree in Commerce at McGill University in Montreal and later went on to pursue a Master's of Planning in Urban Development at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her planning approach is influenced by her earlier work with Indigenous partners in northern environments and in the development of solutions that adapt to changing climate conditions, costly infrastructure, dispersed urbanisation, and cultural heritage.
Frankie values contextualised strategies, and her mission as an urban practitioner is to understand how things fit together in an integrated urban system.
