Thomas Stellmach spoke in front of the Supreme Council of the Moscow Region on February 28, 2014, about good regional planning principles. The region plans to harmonize their planning efforts, and the Governor of Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, along with the mayors of 72 cities in the region, convened in Dmitrov to discuss the first steps.
