TSPA has been selected by Talan to design 73 ha of mixed and dense city development in the heart of Naberezhnye Chelny, located in the western part of Russia. The city is home to one of the largest vehicle production facilities in the world, the Kamaz plant, which is the largest vehicle factory globally.
We are excited to collaborate on this project with our colleagues at Novaya Zemlya in Moscow, Happold Cities for strategy and engineering, and Topotek1 for landscape architecture in Berlin.
